Job Summary
Auto Glass Clinic is hiring for several customer-facing and office-support positions, including Automotive Sales, Title Clerk, Front Desk and Customer Service, and Administrative Support. Responsibilities will vary by position, but each role helps keep our customers informed and our daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service – Assist customers by phone, online, and in person
- Communication – Answer questions and provide clear, professional information
- Scheduling – Schedule appointments and follow up with customers as needed
- Recordkeeping – Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and service records
- Documentation – Prepare, review, and process paperwork for the appropriate position
- Data Entry – Enter information accurately into company systems
- Organization – Keep customer communications, documents, and office workflows organized
- Team Support – Assist the sales, service, and administrative teams with daily tasks
Requirements
- Relevant sales, customer service, title-processing, front desk, or administrative experience
- Automotive sales or automotive industry experience is preferred
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Comfort working with computers and learning new systems

eBay Listing & Sales Specialist
Job Summary
Auto Glass Clinic is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented eBay Listing & Sales Specialist to manage online automotive parts sales. This position handles the complete sales process, from photographing products and creating accurate listings to processing orders, packing items, and preparing shipments.
Responsibilities
- Photography – Take clear, accurate photographs of automotive parts
- Product Listings – Create complete eBay listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and item details
- Pricing – Research comparable products and establish competitive pricing
- Optimization – Improve listing visibility using relevant keywords and eBay selling best practices
- Inventory – Monitor available parts and keep active listings accurate and organized
- Customer Service – Respond professionally to customer questions and order inquiries
- Order Processing – Process incoming orders and verify product and customer information
- Packing – Weigh, package, and prepare automotive parts for safe shipment
- Shipping – Create shipping labels, manage tracking information, and ship orders promptly
- Organization – Maintain an orderly system for products, listings, orders, and shipments
Requirements
- Previous experience listing and selling products on eBay
- Working knowledge of eBay Seller Hub
- Familiarity with shipping, tracking, and order-management procedures
- Knowledge of eBay search optimization and listing best practices
- Automotive parts or accessories knowledge is strongly preferred
- Ability to identify and accurately describe products
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
